Wedding Package Includes:

Getting Ready:

  • Included in the basic package are two getting ready rooms, available at 10:00 a.m. the day of your ceremony

  • Two-hour rehearsal scheduled with our Manager or your planner prior to your event

  • Planning meeting(s) with our venue manager/owners/or planner

  • Venue Managers on site on your wedding day

  • Bartender(s), $150/each plus tips up to 7 hours. Additional hours available for an additional fee. Minimum tip required $70.

  • Set up includes tables and chairs in the reception area.

  • Benches with backs in the ceremony area.

  • Gift table and sign in area

  • Handicap accessible building and grounds

  • Climate controlled building

  • On-Site, ample free parking

Drinks:

  • Ice and water supplied by The Covey. Canisters available for beverages.

  • Bar set up: Ice, Beer Taps, and a Kegerator.

  • All Beverages provided by you.

Reception:

  • Reception includes tables & chairs.

Timeframe:

  • Friday & Saturday 10:00am to 9:30pm. All Guests must be out and the parking lot empty by 10:00pm.

  • Monday-Thursday and Sunday will be 9:00am to 8:30pm

Not Included:

  • Dinnerware, Drinkware, and Flatware

  • Linens and Napkins

  • Catering

  • DJ and/or Band

  • Photographer and Florist

We are happy to work with you on other or additional services and packages!

Pricing & Deposit:

General Pricing:

  • Full Day Off-Season (January-April) is $6,500.

  • Full Day Prime-Season (May-October) Friday-Sunday is $8,000.

  • Full Day Prime-Season (May-October) Monday-Thursday is $6,500 for 80 persons or less.

  • Pricing for the 2025-2026 seasons (subject to change until contract signed).

Damage Deposit:

  • Amount of $500 and is not included in the prices listed above

  • Deposit is required for all events.

  • Refundable in total or in part depending on the assessed damage, policy compliance, additional linen charges, and fines and fees associated.
